I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased we are with the performance of your dealership. Since my employment at Children¿s, Chester Harvey has become our dealer of choice, not only for Teknion, but for just about everything the hospital needs. I attribute the majority of this loyalty to Shirley Gruendler and the level of service she provides. She is always there to make sure things are correct, to ensure Chester Harvey is performing to our satisfaction, and consistently follows up on her projects. She has become very knowledgeable about our standards, our way of operating, and our approach to healthcare design. This means a lot to me in my position and to our department.
Another thing that impresses me is the team work approach that is so very evident in everything Chester Harvey does. It¿s reassuring to know that not only can I count on Shirley¿s performance, but also on people like Mary, Debbie, and Michelle who are always so wonderful to work with on our projects.
In addition, the installation crew impresses me as well. As I¿m sure you can relate, I can have dozens of active projects at any given time, and it¿s so refreshing that they can deliver and install my projects in such a self-sufficient manner. They are professional and very friendly and I feel confident having them interface with even the most difficult clients. It¿s evident that Shirley has great resources, which helps provide her clients with a smooth process, and that is just the kind of support I need.
Not only is Shirley a great resource and a responsive rep, but I feel totally confident in putting her in front of my end-users to present, train, or assist them in any way necessary. She is always willing to take time out of her schedule and make the trip to the hospital to deliver information, samples, or meet with users. I value my working relationship with Shirley and greatly enjoy working with her.
